Company policy

MEM ROCHE S.L is a company dedicated to the manufacture of LV electrical panels with our headquarters in Badalona (Spain).
Through the application of a Management system, based on the requirements of the new standards UNE-EN-ISO 9001: 2015, UNE EN ISO 14001: 2015, the aim is to achieve continuous improvement in the quality of services and the environmental performance of the activities of our organization.
For this, MEM ROCHE S.L considers the basis of this Policy, as basic pillars of the organization to achieve continuous improvement of the effectiveness of said Management system, the following guidelines, which will serve as the basis for the establishment of our annual objectives:
– Ensure customer satisfaction based on always correct treatment and a continuous effort in providing the service based on their requirements and our commitments to improve.
– Comply with the legal requirements that apply, as well as with those requirements that the organization subscribes, continuously evaluating said compliance, in all its areas of activity.
– Continuously improve the quality of the provision of our services and our behavior in the face of the environmental impacts generated by our activity, through the establishment of objectives and goals to achieve it.
– Prevent the pollution that our activities could generate, minimizing those that could generate it and optimizing the consumption of the available resources, making ours an environmentally sustainable company.
– Permanently improve the competitiveness of our services, involving our clients at all times in these, and continuously adapting developments to their needs, trying to collaborate through our services to some
correct management policies also among our clients.
– Ensure continuous and permanent updating of our resources, both technological and, above all, of our staff, promoting continuous professional training policies that allow them to advance in their knowledge at the rate that our sector does.
This Policy will be reviewed for its continuous adaptation annually by the management, as well as the objectives and goals of the company, and communicated to all the personnel of the organization, being available to the public at the request of any interested party.
